Well I think many will be wondering what QCT is. It is Quizzing Club of Tambaram. It was founded by the quizzer KrishnaKumar (Sri Sairam College). The members of QCT are Hariharan, Sundararajan, visweswaran, Mahesh, Harish, P.Sriram, S.Sriram, Sunil, Seshadri, Vijay Krishnan, Dileep, Aravind, Vinod and Deepak. I guess i am not missing anyone here. If I am then please let me know in comments so that I can add them.
The purpose of QCT is to improve the quizzing skill of everyone and to use the time rather than wasting it. It was started on 17th July 2006 with Krishna presenting the first quiz. Generally the quiz will be with 30 or 40 questions presented in ppt. Questions from games, sports, music, videos, studies etc are asked. The quiz almost covers all the sections. Krishna, Sundar, Hari and Mahesh have presented the quiz more number of times compared to others.
I decided to bring it to blog. Well here I will post a maximum of 10 questions per post with the answers for them in the next post after a week. I’ll post the quizzes with topic QCT1,QCT2 and so on. If you are interested then you can answer the questions in the comments of the respective post. I hope most of you will find it interesting. I’ll post once in two weeks or three. But i promise to keep it alive but need your support friends.

well its a nice idea dude.. but the thing here is.. ppl google… and also the answers are vivible to all.. so.. even if u kinda know the ans., somebody may think tat u copied it … ! !

Damn nice, dude. Will you attend our college culturals? They’re on the 6th, 7th and 8th. Or the 9th, I’m not sure. Anyway, we have a quiz. Do come. It’s in Tambaram, you know. MCC.

Well Marc if you are really interested then you will answer them yourself and wont use google. I’m doing this for myself and for those who are really interested.

Well visu its up to them to answer it themselves or to use google. There is no use in using google. I am doing this for those who are interested to answer it themselves out of their own interest.

First I’d like to introduce myself. I am Karthik, Vinod’s college mate from EEE. Secondly, the answers to what? Am I missing something or is this a goof up by Marc? As for the online quizzes by Vinod, it’s always welcome. But as Marc puts it its easy to Google. But ya if guys are really interested, then better not google.As for the answering in comments section. That’s alright too, but if you want to make it competitive with scores or something, then you can ask people to simply mail you the answers. Congrats to QCT. I think I have met most of Vinod’s friends in there.Oh and talking of quizzes, here’s a mokkai quiz in my blog:

It’s no goof up. Those were advance answers for Vinod’s future quiz.
Marc gets 4/5. He came close on Q. 5 with Raja Deepak, which was a good guess, but the correct answer was the Abominable Snowman. Good try though.
